April 15, 2016 in the office of Jalal-Abad Main Directorate "Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" was signed first conrtact with a client on the program "Accessible Housing" in agreement with Governmental Mortgage Company (GMC).

The first receiver of mortgage  loan on the state program in our Bank became Malabekova Guluipa Erkinbekovna, she is Russian language and literature teacher of professional liceum  №75 in Jalal-Abad.

The "Accessible Housing" program allows for issue of loan in national currency to government servants for purchasing own housing.

The selection of participants of the program, checking them according to the necessary criteria for receiving  a mortgage loan, also making decision to issue a loan to the applicant, the interest rates and terms of repayment are realized according to  the basic stages and conditions of this program.
