We inform you that from 01 April 2016 to clients to Visa cardholders and the Golden Crown of our Bank who do not have the Code word, will not be provided information about their account by calling the Contact centre.

In this connection, we ask you to apply with your passport to the Bank branch, which was decorated card, to install the codewords on your account.

Why is it necessary?
