Due to the increase in the number of calls to the Bank's Contact Center via WhatsApp, we are updating the equipment and switching to a new platform. Today, October 29, from 11:00 to 16:00, requests received by the Contact Center via WhatsApp will not be processed.

You can contact us through other communication channels, as well as through our social networks Facebook and Instagram

Also, the history of your previous requests will be deleted in our database, therefore, with your new request, we will again be forced to clarify your personal data for identification.
