Requirements:

• Educational level – higher/secondary specialized economic education.

• Work experience in the financial and credit sector - at least 3 years.

Additional qualification requirements are possession of:

• Methodology of financial analysis applied by the Bank;

• Fundamentals of marketing;

• Methods for assessing and implementing loan collateral, restructuring problem loans;

• Features of working with the client base;

• Experience in holding meetings, meetings, discussions;

• Availability of organizational skills;

• Knowledge of current standards and procedures for issuing credit documentation.

Duties:

• Organization of the entire credit process of the department;

• Implementation of training for loan officers of the Division.

• Organization of work to attract and consult clients;

• Verification and quality control of financial and economic analysis;

• Consideration and approval of loans in the composition of the Credit Committee;

• Organization of the internal control process, quality control of the work of the specialists of the Department;

• Organization of work with the loan portfolio of the Department;

• Control and organization of the implementation of indicators according to the business plan;

• Exercising control over the timely repayment of loans;

Working conditions:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30.
