Conditions:
1) The loan Period is not more than 12 (Twelve) months;
2) Target use – replenishment of turnover and refinancing of loans in other FKU, provided that the purpose of the loan was to replenish turnover;
3) repayment Schedule of fee – only annuity payment;
4) Interest rates and terms on loans:
- from 30 000 $ to 50 000 $ – 15% per annum;
- from 50 001 USD to 100 000 USD – 13 % per annum;
- from 100 001 $ to 200 000 USD – 12% per annum.
5) Commission for arranging the loan up to 100,000 U.S. dollars – 1,5%, over 100 000 US dollars to 1.0 % of the loan amount;
6) Collateral – real estate;
