Cases of telephone fraud have become more frequent.

As a rule, fraudsters call from subscriber numbers, present themselves as bank employees and report false information about a suspicious transaction on the account, for example: money transfer, an attempt to hack an account, the need to block it for any reason, demanding to name the MBANK number, password and confirmation code.

Never fulfill the caller's requirements. The required information is only necessary for you and is not transferable to anyone!

A real employee of the bank does not need information about the phone number in MBANK, password and confirmation code.
