The Procurement and Tender Commission of OJSC "Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" invites eligible applicants to submit their commercial proposals for the supply of delusional euro envelopes in accordance with the following technical characteristics:

Format: 220 x 110 mm, ready-made

Color: 4 + 0 (no inner seal)

Paper: matte offset, 80 g / m2

Additional conditions: cutting, gluing, gluing with silicone tape, straight valve.

Color numbers according to Pantone 114С, 7713 С

Circulation per month: 170,000 copies.

Circulation per year: 2,040,000 copies.

The design of the envelopes will be changed once a month.

The delivery time for the first batch (170 thousand copies) is until 30.07.2021.

In the commercial proposal, indicate the delivery time.                                           

To participate in the tender requires the following documents:

• commercial offer broken down by "Lots"
• certificate of state registration (re-registration) for legal entities / individual entrepreneurs.
• certificate of registration of a person as an individual entrepreneur without a legal entity, or a patent - for individuals.
• constitutive documents issued in the prescribed manner - for legal entities.
• bank account.
• confirmation of the absence of debts (tax and social fund.);
• confirmation of no litigation in the last two years;
• availability of at least 3 (three) positive reviews from customers.

The entire package of documents must be submitted by 12:00 pm, June 30, 2021 in a sealed form to the address: Bishkek, st. Togolok Moldo, 54A. Applications sent later than the specified deadline will not be considered by the commission.

The purchases will be carried out by the method of unlimited participation, all commercial proposals should be sent to the email address: tender@cbk.kg.
