Announces a tender for the supply of hardware HSM to protect cryptographic keys and the management
The Procurement and Tender Commission of OJSC "Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" invites eligible applicants to submit their bids for the supply of the following goods:
OJSC "Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" invites you to take part in a tender for the supply of hardware HSMs designed to protect and manage cryptographic keys, in a total of 2 (two) units.
To participate in the tender, you need to submit a commercial proposal, which must contain the following conditions:
Delivery conditions:
1. Total number of supplied hardware HSMs:
- 2 pieces
2. Delivery times are not more than 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of the contract.
3. CIP delivery scheme in Bishkek.
Supplier requirements:
- The warranty period for the supplied equipment is at least 12 months.
- Availability of authorization letters from manufacturers or master distributor of the proposed equipment.
- Consultation of bank employees on installation, configuration and launch of the device should be included in the offer price.
- Availability of a service partner of a hardware HSM supplier in Kyrgyzstan for subsequent warranty service of the supplied equipment.

All applicants for participation in the tender must submit their commercial proposals in sealed envelopes marked "Tender for the supply of hardware HSM" no later than 11:00 Bishkek time on May 7, 2021 at the address: Bishkek, st. Togolok Moldo 54-A, department of office work and control - Ainura Abdulazizovna Usekova.
Bids submitted after the specified deadline will be rejected and returned to bidders unopened.
Based on the results of the tender, a notification will be sent to the winner.
