• Purpose: the loan is provided for the purchase / reconstruction and insulation of residential real estate; completion of construction of residential real estate; refinancing of non-problematic mortgage loans in other financial institutions;
• Loan currency: Kyrgyz som
• Amount: from 400 000 soms to 8 000 000 soms;
• Interest rate: from 15.99% (excluding sales tax);
• Loan term: up to 10 years;
• Collateral: purchased residential property;
• Mandatory condition: initial payment - from 20% of the purchase price of residential real estate. If the participant does not have his own contribution, it is allowed to provide additional collateral in the form of real estate;
